3. Tutor Marketplace

• Tutors are independent contractors.
  
• All tutoring payments must be processed through the Platform.
  
• Dr. X & Mx. Prep retains a 20% service commission.
  
• Tutors must adhere to professional standards.
  

4. Use of Third-Party Communication Services

• Tutoring sessions are conducted via third-party communication platforms.
  
• Users are responsible for accessing and using these services.
  
• Dr. X & Mx. Prep is not responsible for third-party platform performance, privacy, or service disruptions.
  

5. Payments and Refunds

• All services must be paid in full before access.
  
• Payments are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  

6. No Guarantees
   Dr. X & Mx. Prep does not guarantee academic outcomes, licensing, residency matches, or employment.
7. Intellectual Property
   All Platform materials are owned by Dr. X & Mx. Prep and may not be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Dr. X & Mx. Prep’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
   We are not responsible for technical failures, third-party platform issues, or tutor performance.
9. Study Partner Matching Disclaimer

• The Thrive Plan provides access to the Dr. X & Mx. Prep Study Partner Matching System.
• Matching suggestions are based on user preferences, activity levels, and availability of other members.
• Dr. X & Mx. Prep does not guarantee a successful or immediate match, nor does it guarantee compatibility or study outcomes.
• Users may update their matching preferences or request new matches if needed.
