1. Thrive Plan Memberships

• Memberships can be canceled anytime via account settings.
• Canceling prevents future billing.
• No partial refunds for ongoing billing cycles.

2. Tutoring Services

• Student Cancellation:
  • Full refund (minus payment processing fees) if canceled 24+ hours before the session.
  • No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before.
• Tutor Cancellation:
  • Full refund or free rescheduling offered.

3. Sessions via Third-Party Platforms

• Sessions are conducted via third-party communication services. 
• Tutoring sessions are conducted via third-party platforms.
• Users are responsible for accessing and using these services.
• Dr. X & Mx. Prep is not responsible for third-party platform performance, privacy, or service disruptions
  
• Dr. X & Mx. Prep is not liable for failures or service issues caused by these platforms.
• Refunds are governed solely by cancellation timelines.

4. Payment Processing Fees

• Payment processing fees (Payment Provider) are non-refundable.
